Staff of Savannah Queen mother's Association Reported to Police  over breach of Agreement by a Restaurant Manager

A staff of the Savannah Queen Mothers Association identified as Frank has been reported to the police by Mr Issah, the Managing Director of Place View Cateen for alleged breach of agreement between the two.

This comes on the back of claims that, the Queen mother's staff had neglected or failed to pay for food he had ordered Palace View Canteen to provide for a workshop scheduled to take place at Damongo.

According to the manager of Place View, Frank didn't show up for the food which cost them hundreds of Ghana cedis to prepare and  fully packaged awaiting delivery on negligence of Frank for not asking them stop when he knew the workshop was postponed.

The agreement between the two was for Palace View Canteen to prepare and serve food for participants of a workshop that was scheduled for Thursday, 21st July, 2022.

Palace View Canteen prepared the food on the instructions of Mr. Frank but Frank failed to show up for the food and now running away from payment.

In an audio recording in possession of this news portal, Mr. Frank is now declining asking Palace View Canteen to prepare the said food on the date for the workshop.

The case has since been reported to the Damongo District Police Command for investigations.

The website can confirm that the complainant, Manager Director of Place View, is asking the police to investigate the case and possibly initiate prosecution.

According to the Police efforts to reach Frank at the time of the complaint  proved futile.

According to the Manager of the restaurant, he is ready to go to court with his lawyers if Mr. Frank fails to pay for the food cost.

The said food prepared for Mr Frank's intended workshop has been sent to the police station as evidence where it was agreed for the food to be sent to the orphanage to prevent it being waisted.
